Eleanor Shaw
Lecturing in the performing arts has been my main vocation for the last ten years, alongside this I have worked as a freelance community theatre practitioner. In 2012 I took a sabbatical, this lead me to New Zealand where I was investigating the land and the performing arts for young people. My next stop was volunteering in a circus theatre school, Cambodia. Both of these experiences were life changing, I am now making theatre in different environments, with communities to think about change. My life is now about making and creating the work from the people as a storyteller, director, performer, facilitator, researcher & programmer.
